Create hyper realistic AI UGC in Claude CodeCodexOpenClawHermes

Brands pay creators $20 to $50 a video for content that looks like a real person sharing an app they just found. This is the workflow that replaces the creator, run from your coding agent through treg: 4 finished clips for $2.67.

Step by step guide for AI UGC

1Step 1

Find what's trending.

Read 15 transcripts. A stunt with a number in the first 3s; the tool shows up at ~0:30 as the "how". 9 to study for $0.04 with treg
Why start here

Before generating anything, pull the trending videos in your niche and study two things: how the hooks are built, and which faces resonate. Same script, different person, completely different impression.

One prompt to the agent. A minute later you have the list, transcripts you can read, and characters you can look at.

What the data said: in this niche a stunt with a number beats tutorial framing 10 to 50x. The tool is never the hook. It is the "how" answer that comes after the result.

What we read off them: absurd stunt + big number in the first 3s, product revealed at ~0:30 as the "how", close on "follow for part 2". Stunt + number beat tutorial framing 10 to 50x.
2Step 2 · the hard part

Create an AI character.

The JSON prompt (excerpt)
{ "critical_constraints": [ "EYES: narrow almond eyes with a low 1 mm crease, iris 60% visible; not large, not round, not doll-like", "AGE: apparent age 30, smooth firm skin, no crow's feet; not a teenager, not 40", "SKIN: faint pore texture on the nose, one 2 mm mole 15 mm lateral to the left nostril; not airbrushed plastic", "HAIR: straight, fine, flat at the crown, warm chestnut with copper highlights, 4 flyaways; not voluminous, not glossy waves", "CAMERA: selfie phone front camera 30 cm from the face, 24 mm equivalent, 8 cm below eye level tilted 6° up; wide-angle stretch", "LIGHT: soft daylight from a window at frame right, high-key, the cream wall reads slightly overexposed", …face, body, top, pose, expression, scene: every default pinned ] }
Why JSON, and why the model still matters

GPT Image 2.5 and Gemini 3 Pro on a plain prompt both looked wrong: eyes slightly too big, a doll-ish face, that over-sharpened HDR look that screams AI. Every image model has defaults it falls back to. A JSON prompt that pins face structure, skin texture, lighting, camera, expression, clothing and background leaves it no room to revert to them.

Same JSON across five models still gives five different answers. GPT Image 2.5 keeps the doll pattern in the eyes. Gemini 3 Pro gave the most realistic result. Pick the winner by looking, not by benchmark.

Generate UGC hooks.

Seedance 2.5 less restriction mode

Feed the character image to Seedance 2.5 as an image reference, give it the script and a short audio clip for the rhythm. One image in, a talking head out: lip sync, blinks, hand gestures.

Seedance refuses hyper-realistic reference images to stop people impersonating real humans. Aggregators expose a bypass and charge double or triple for it. The proper way is BytePlus's advanced creation rights: upload the image, register it as a digital character, generate from it. Several hurdles to get approved. On treg that whole process is wrapped: the Seedance 2.5 less-restricted endpoint takes your image, registers it as a character asset, and generates. Same price as buying from BytePlus directly.

The voice trick

The default voice is off in rhythm, not fake exactly. Clip the audio from the trending video you liked and pass it as an audio reference. Too many details in speech to describe in text, so let the model copy them.

4Step 4

Claude Code · treg working

Why the character is not in the demo

To cut cost, the demo section never shows the character. Record the product on your phone. Here it is treg getting an agent to do GTM work: find leads, research them, send outreach from Gmail.

Then clone a voice on Fish Audio from the same audio clip, generate the voiceover, and stitch it with the screen recording plus captions. That is one demo clip. Now pair it with hooks.

How the hooks are found

Give the agent a few reference accounts doing this well, ask it to pull their top videos and extract the hooks. Models are good at reading transcripts now. The pattern in this niche: a stunning claim, a specific number, and a result.

Ask it to brainstorm in that pattern, pick the lines you like, then one prompt per hook: Seedance 2.5, the character image, the audio reference. The ugc-talking-head-video skill does the whole pass: takes the request, writes the script and sets the duration, grabs the voice reference, writes the Seedance prompt, adds captions and headers, and outputs the final video.
